Zvizzer PC 5000 - Maximum Cut for the Deepest Damage

PC 5000 is Zvizzer's pre cut compound, the most aggressive cut in the detailing line before sanding, and the place heavy correction begins.

Built with a high abrasive load and coarse particle size, it eats through deep scratches, severe defects and P1500 sanding marks that finer compounds would take all day and several passes to touch. When paint is badly weathered, oxidised or scarred, this is your opening stage - you WILL need refinement though.

A blended aluminium oxide abrasive gives PC 5000 its raw cutting speed, resetting the surface so the rest of your correction has a clean canvas to work on. It is a dedicated pre-polish step rather than a finishing polish, so always follow it with a cutting and finishing stage to bring the gloss back up. The water-based, silicone-free formula suits all paintwork, including scratch-resistant clear coats, whether fresh or fully cured.

Application

PC 5000 works with both rotary and orbital machines, though we would recommend orbital. Start with a clean pad and prime it before your first pass. Apply a small amount of compound to the pad or the panel and spread to cover your working area.

On a rotary, spread at around 650 rpm, then lift to roughly 1,400 rpm under moderate pressure to cut. On an orbital, spread on speed 1 and work up to speed 5. Either way, work one section at a time.

Because this is your heaviest cutting stage, keep two or three pads on the go and swap them between sections. Letting each pad cool holds the cut consistent and protects your finish. Available in 250ml and 750ml.

Zvizzer HC 4000 - Heavy Cut Power That Corrects in Fewer Passes

HC 4000 is Zvizzer's heavy cut compound, the first stage of any serious correction. It clears deep scratches, heavy swirls and P2000 sanding marks fast, on paintwork that lighter polishes can't touch. What sets it apart is staying power: the abrasive keeps cutting for longer before it breaks down, so HC 4000 lifts out defects in a single pass that other compounds need two or three attempts to shift.

Keep working and that same abrasive diminishes to a finer cut, refining the paint to a real gloss rather than leaving a haze to chase on your next stage. The water-based, silicone-free formula stays low on dust and wipes off cleanly, which counts for a lot over a full detail. Use it as your first cutting stage on faded, oxidised or scratched paintwork, fresh or fully cured, including scratch-resistant clear coats, then step down through the range for the final finish.

Zvizzer One Polish - Cut, Gloss and Protect in a Single Step

One Polish is exactly what the name says: a single product that cuts, glosses and protects in one step.

It removes scratches and P2000 sanding marks with serious cutting power, refines the paint to a hologram-free gloss, and leaves a sealant behind to protect it, all in the same pass. No stepping down through a range, no separate finishing or protection stage, just correction and protection in one polish.

Blended abrasive grains give One Polish its power, which then break down steadily and uniformly as you work, so despite the heavy initial cut, you finish to a flawless, hologram-free surface as the abrasives diminish down to an ultra-fine finishing grain.

As the abrasive diminishes, the integrated sealant bonds to the paint, adding a layer of protection and a deep, slick gloss. It is the fastest route from defect to protected finish, ideal when you want a real result without a multi-stage process. For fully cured paint.

Zvizzer MC 3000 - Correct and Finish in One Step

MC 3000 is Zvizzer's medium cut one-step compound, the polish that corrects and finishes in a single stage. It clears P3000 sanding marks, fine scratches and swirls, then refines the paint to a hologram-free gloss in the same pass, with no separate finishing step. For light to medium correction, that turns a two-stage job into one.

A self-grinding, homogeneous abrasive makes it work: it cuts to lift the defects, then breaks down as you polish to leave a smooth, uniform finish.

The water-based, silicone-free formula stays low on dust and wipes off cleanly. Use it across all standard paint systems, including scratch-resistant clear coats, whether the paint is fresh or fully cured.

FC 2000 is Zvizzer's fine cut hologram remover, the finishing stage that takes your correction from just good - to flawless.

It clears the holograms, buffer trails and micro-haze defects that heavier compounds leave behind, refining the paint to a 100% hologram-free, mirror-uniform finish. This is the polish that makes evidence of the harder work disappear before your eyes.

An intelligent, self-diminishing aluminium oxide abrasive is the key: it refines continuously as you polish, breaking down to an ever-finer cut so it lifts defects without leaving any of its own. Zvizzer UC 1000 - The Finishing Polish That Seals As It Shines

UC 1000 is Zvizzer's ultrafine cut polish with an integrated ceramic sealant, the final step that perfects the gloss and protects it in a single pass.

Latest-generation micro-fine aluminium oxide removes the very finest micro-scratches without hazing or adding swirls, bringing paint to a deep, wet-look, 100% hologram-free finish. Then the sealant goes to work.

Built into the formula is a polymer emulsion that seals and protects the paint for several months, so your last polishing stage doubles as a layer of protection.
