Zvizzer Marine Heavy Cut 5000 - Powerful Cutting for Oxidised Gelcoat

Marine Heavy Cut 5000 is the heavy cutting stage of the Zvizzer Marine Line, built to bring badly weathered gelcoat and marine paint back to life.

It cuts hard and fast through heavy oxidation, P600 scratches and scuff marks that leave a hull looking chalky, dull and tired, restoring clarity and depth in the first correction stage. When a boat has spent seasons under sun and salt, this is where the recovery starts.

A strong, slow diminishing abrasive gives Heavy Cut 5000 its bite, and the water-based formula keeps dust and heat low over large work areas on a hull, whilst wiping off cleanly. It is slow drying by design, so you have the working time to cover big topsides and panel areas without the compound flashing off in the sun. Water-based and eco-conscious, it is safe on nautical coatings and kinder to the marina environment. Follow it with a finer polish to build the gloss. 750ml.

Application

Marine Heavy Cut 5000 works with both rotary and orbital dual action machines. Pair it with the green hard marine pad or a wool pad, apply a small amount to the pad or the surface, and spread to cover your working area.

On a rotary, spread at around 650 rpm, then work up to 1500 rpm under moderate pressure, work until defect is removed. On an orbital, spread on speed 1 and work up to speed 5. Either way, work one section at a time.

Being slow drying, it stays workable across large marine surfaces and wipes off easily. Keep two or three pads in rotation and swap them between sections to hold the cut consistent.

Marine Cut & Shine 4000 combines strong cutting power and high-gloss finishing in a single product, correcting gelcoat and marine paint in a true one-step process.

It removes heavy oxidation, scratches and sanding marks while bringing the surface up to a mirror-like shine at the same time, so you cut and refine in one pass rather than two. Across the large surfaces a boat presents, that gives you a real saving in time and effort.

Zvizzer Marine One Step 3000 - One-Step Correction and Gloss for Gelcoat

Marine One Step 3000 corrects and finishes gelcoat and marine paint in a single stage, removing light to medium oxidation and surface defects while leaving an excellent gloss.

It is the efficient middle ground of the Marine Line: enough cut to clear everyday wear and weathering, with a finish fine enough to coat over with a sealant. For maintained boats and lighter correction, a quick pass is all it takes.

The water-based formula keeps dusting and heat low across the large areas marine work involves, and wipes off cleanly. It is slow drying, so it stays workable over big panels in the sun rather than flashing off before you have worked it. Zvizzer Marine Top Finish 2000 - The Mirror-Gloss Finishing Polish

Marine Top Finish 2000 is the high-gloss finishing polish of the Zvizzer Marine Line, developed to take gelcoat and marine paint to a deep, mirror-like shine.

It removes the holograms and minor hazing left by earlier cutting stages, maximising gloss and surface clarity for a reflective, long-lasting finish. This is the pass that makes the gloss really pop before you seal it in.

High lubrication lets it polish smoothly over the large areas marine work involves, and with no filler-heavy masking, the gloss you see is true correction rather than a temporary glaze.

Water-based, slow drying and low on dust, it wipes off cleanly and stays kind to the marina environment. Suitable for gelcoat and all marine topcoats. Follow with UV Shield 1000 for lasting protection. 750ml.

Zvizzer Marine UV Shield 1000 - The Finishing Polish That Seals and Shields

Marine UV Shield 1000 is the final step in the Zvizzer Marine Line, an ultra-fine finishing polish and a synthetic UV sealant in one.

The very fine cut refines away light hazing and swirl marks to bring gelcoat to a deep, high-gloss finish, while a built-in UV filter lays down a protective layer in the same pass. So your last stage perfects the shine and shields it at the same time.

UV is the single biggest cause of fading, oxidation and premature ageing in a boat's finish, and UV Shield 1000 guards against it, preserving the colour, gloss and integrity of the surface for the long term.

It leaves a smooth, slick, hydrophobic finish that beads water and stands up to sun, salt and spray, and it will not alter or weaken any coating already on the surface. Being water-based, it is easy to work, easy to remove, and safe to use around ecologically sensitive marina waters. Suitable for all gelcoat and marine paint systems. 750ml.

Application

UV Shield 1000 is best applied by machine with a soft foam finishing pad, and can also be applied by hand for maintenance top-ups. Work on a clean, dry surface, out of direct sun. Apply a small amount to the pad or the panel and spread on a low speed, then work the product to refine and seal, one section at a time.

Let it haze, then buff off with a clean microfibre cloth.

Because it is slow drying, you have time to work larger panels and hull sections before removal, and the wipe-off stays effortless. Reapply as part of your regular maintenance routine to keep the protection topped up.
