Zvizzer HC 1500 - Faster Heavy Cutting, No Fillers to Hide Behind

HC 1500 is the heavy cut stage of Zvizzer's Professional Bodyshop Line, built to correct fresh paint faster and cleaner than a traditional bodyshop compound.

A highly homogeneous aluminium oxide abrasive breaks down evenly from coarse to fine, clearing P1500 sanding marks and leaving a defect-free surface, even on dark colours, in a single cutting stage. With no fillers in the formula, what you see is real correction, not  masked scratches to reappear after the first wash.

Where it saves you time is lubrication. HC 1500 carries more lubrication than a conventional cutting compound, so it stays workable for longer, letting you cover more of the panel per application instead of chasing a compound that has already flashed off. It stays dust-free, wipes off easily, and the water-based formula keeps your booth cleaner. Silicone-free to make it bodyshop safe, with no fillers or glaze.

Application

HC 1500 is built for both rotary and orbital dual action machines. Start with a clean pad and prime it, then pair it with the hard green Zvizzer Professional pad, its colour-matched partner in the system. Apply a small amount to the pad or the panel and spread to cover your working area.

On a rotary, spread at around 650 rpm, then work up to 1500 rpm under moderate pressure. On an orbital, spread on speed 1 and work up to speed 5. Either way, work one section at a time.

The higher lubrication keeps the compound workable for longer and wipes off easily. Keep two or three pads in rotation and swap them between sections to hold the cut consistent.

OS 3000 is the one-step solution in Zvizzer's Professional Bodyshop Line, designed to remove P3000 sanding marks or fine defects and finish to a hologram-free result in a single pass.

It uses the same highly homogeneous aluminium oxide as the heavy cut, with smaller abrasive particles, so it clears minor imperfections and refines the paint at the same time. For a busy shop, that means one stage instead of two, and panels finished faster.

Like the rest of the Professional line, OS 3000 is built for efficiency over a traditional bodyshop compound. Its higher lubrication keeps it workable for longer, so you get more open time per application and a more consistent result across the panel. It uses the same highly homogeneous aluminium oxide as the rest of the line, with much smaller abrasive particles, lifting fine scratches and buffer trails to leave a flawless, high-gloss finish. HR 6000 is built to finish more efficiently than a traditional bodyshop polish.
