Zvizzer Thermo Cone Pads 30x40mm - Rotary Polishing Cones

Zvizzer Thermo Cone Pads are designed for polishing in areas inaccessible to a standard polishing machine.

The cone shape and compact 30x40mm dimensions make them ideal for use with hex shafted extension tools, low speed drills, and flexible shafts, including those from Flex and APS, allowing precise correction and finishing work in door shuts, around badges, mirror housings and other tight or recessed areas. 

Made from thermostable foam, Thermo Cone Pads maintain their shape and performance under heat generated during polishing, lasting longer and cutting more efficiently. Each colour corresponds to a specific correction level: 

• Red Hard - heavy correction for deeper scratches and defects Pair with Zvizzer HC 4000 Heavy Cut Compound
• Orange Medium - paint correction and swirl removal Pair with Zvizzer MC 3000 Medium Cut Compound
• Yellow Soft - light refinement and finishing Pair with Zvizzer FC 2000 Fine Cut Compound

Use at relatively low RPM with a rotary machine attachment on tools such as the Flex PXE, extension tool or flexible shaft.
