The Test-It Box is the easiest way to get the whole Zvizzer Trapez pad range in your hands at once. It brings together all five hardnesses, from the ultra-hard Blue through to the ultra-soft Green, in the popular 140mm face size, so whatever the paint and whatever the defect, you have the right pad ready to go. Its signature is value: you get the complete cutting-to-finishing range for far less than buying the pads separately, the ideal way to try the system and find the combinations that work for you.

The five pads follow Zvizzer's colour-coded hardness system, so you simply match the pad to the job: start with the least aggressive combination that clears the defect, then step up a grade only if you need more cut. All five are built on the same thermostable thermo foam, which holds its hardness and cutting power under heat where ordinary pads soften, and lasts several times longer. Designed for dual-action machines on a 125mm backing plate, the set suits everyone from the enthusiast building a kit to the studio wanting a full arsenal on the shelf.

Application

The Test-It Box pads are designed for dual-action machines and fit a 125mm (5") backing plate. Fit the pad you need to a clean plate and prime the face lightly with your compound before the first set.

Match the pad to the defect: start with the softest pad and least aggressive compound that clears the defect, and step up a grade only if you need more cut. Prime the pad and dispense an amount of compound to suit the pad size and your working area, spread it over the section, then bring the machine up to working speed.

Keep each pad clean as you work and let it cool between sets. Rinse in warm water and air-dry or use Pad Cleaner for faster, efficient turnaround. Keep the set together so you always have the right hardness to hand.
