Zvizzer Thermo Mini Pad Blue - Ultra Hard Spot Correction for the Tightest Defects

The Blue Mini is the hardest pad in Zvizzer's Thermo Mini range, made for one job and made to do it well: cutting out isolated defects in the places a full-size pad will never reach. Its dense, ultra-hard foam drives a pre-cut compound into deep scratches, sanding marks and stubborn defects on pillars, badges, mirror bases, door shuts and tight radii, giving you full cutting power in a pad small enough to work them precisely.

Measuring just 25mm across, or 15mm in the smallest size, it is built for nano and mini polishers and for flexible-shaft and extension tools, so you can bring a machine cut to spots that would otherwise mean slow, uneven hand work. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary foam softens under the concentrated heat of small-pad work, holding its cut and lasting five to six times longer than conventional foam. Reach for it for the heavy, localised correction the rest of your pads cannot get into.

Application

The Blue Mini is designed for nano and mini polishers, and for flexible-shaft and extension tools. Fit it to a matching mini backing plate and prime the face lightly with your compound before you start.

Dispense a small amount to suit the pad and the spot you are working, then spread it over the area before bringing the machine up to working speed. Keep the pad flat to the surface and work the defect in short, controlled passes.

Because these pads are small, they load and warm up quickly, even with Thermo technology so keep the face clean and have a few on rotation to let each recover between spots. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
