Zvizzer Thermo Trapez Pad Green - Ultra-Soft Finishing for Contours and Curves

The Green Trapez is the softest pad in the range, made for finishing the shaped and detailed areas that decide how a car really looks. Its ultra-soft foam applies an ultra-fine polish or sealant with the lightest touch, driving paint to a deep, hologram-free, wet-look gloss, while the tapered profile reaches into contours, edges and tight radii to keep that finish consistent everywhere, not just on the flat panels. This is the pad you finish the difficult areas with.

It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary soft pads warm and go slack, which keeps your final finish even and gives the pad several times the working life of standard foam. An inner hole lets the foam relax and release heat as you work, and in the smaller sizes it finishes spots and recesses a larger pad would miss. Being one of the most affordable thermo pads, a set of them is an easy addition to your finishing kit. Use it as your last step over ultra-fine polish, or to spread a sealant.

Application

The Green Trapez is designed for orbital (dual-action) machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your polish or sealant before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Let the soft foam do the work under light pressure; finishing is about control, not force.

Keep the face clean as you go for the truest gloss. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
