Zvizzer Thermo Allrounder Pad Blue - Ultra Hard Cutting Power for the Heaviest Correction

The Blue Allrounder is the hardest pad in Zvizzer's Allrounder range, built for the heaviest cutting work you will throw at it. Its dense, ultra-hard foam gives an aggressive pre-cut compound a rigid platform, so it levels sanding marks, severe oxidation and deep defects that softer pads flex over and leave behind. When paint needs serious correction, or you are refining fresh wet-sanding, this is the pad that carries the cut.

Being an Allrounder, it is a true all-purpose flat pad: run it on a rotary for maximum cutting speed, or on an orbital for controlled correction, with the same firm, predictable bite either way. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, so where a standard hard pad heats up, softens and loses its edge, this one stays thermostable, holding its hardness and its cut through long sets and lasting several times longer for it. An inner hole at the centre eases the stress on the foam as you polish, and in the smaller sizes it refines spots and recesses a larger pad cannot.. Reach for it as your first, most aggressive stage, then step down through the range.

Application

The Blue Allrounder runs on both rotary and orbital machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your compound before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Work in firm, overlapping passes and let the pad and compound cut before moving on.

Keep the face clean as you go, since a loaded pad loses its bite. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets to hold a consistent cut. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
