The Black Orbital is the ultra-soft finishing pad in Zvizzer's professional Pro range, tuned for dual-action machines and the final stage a bodyshop is judged on. Its soft foam works a hologram remover gently into the paint, clearing the fine haze and holograms that correction leaves behind and driving the finish to a deep, even gloss. This is the pad that signs off a professional job on an orbital.

It is built specifically for orbital machines, with soft foam matched to the DA action for controlled, mark-free finishing. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary soft pads warm and collapse, which keeps the finish consistent and gives the pad several times the working life of standard foam. If you run a rotary, choose the rotary version instead. Use it as your last stage over a hologram remover for a showroom finish.

Application

The Black Orbital is designed for orbital (dual-action) machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your polish before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Let the soft foam do the work under light pressure; finishing is about control, not force.

Keep the face clean as you go for the truest gloss. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
