Zvizzer Thermo Trapez Pad Yellow - Soft Refining for Holograms in Detailed Areas

The Yellow Trapez is the soft pad in the range, the refining stage that lifts corrected paint towards a true gloss, right into the areas that are hardest to reach. Its soft foam works a fine-cut polish gently into the surface, clearing holograms and fine haze without adding marks of its own, while the tapered profile follows edges, contours and tight radii so your refinement is even across the whole panel, not just the flats. This is the pad that turns a corrected finish into a clean, reflective one.

It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary soft pads warm and collapse, which keeps the finish consistent and gives the pad several times the life of standard foam. An inner hole at the centre eases the stress on the foam as you polish, and in the smaller sizes it refines spots and recesses a larger pad cannot. Being among the most affordable thermo pads, it is an easy one to buy in numbers. Sitting between medium correction and final finishing, it is the step that quietly makes the difference to your gloss.

Application

The Yellow Trapez is designed for orbital (dual-action) machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your polish before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Let the soft foam and the polish refine under light, even pressure; there is no need to lean on it.

Keep the face clean as you go for a true finish. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
