Zvizzer Thermo Mini Pad Yellow - Soft Spot Refinement for Holograms in Detail

The Yellow Mini is the soft pad in Zvizzer's Thermo Mini range, the refining stage that lifts corrected spots towards a true gloss in the areas that are hardest to reach. Its soft foam works a fine-cut polish gently into pillars, badges, mirror bases, door shuts and tight radii, clearing the holograms and fine haze that heavier cutting leaves behind without adding marks of its own, so your detailed areas match the panels around them.

Measuring just 25mm across, or 15mm in the smallest size, it is built for nano and mini polishers and for flexible-shaft and extension tools, bringing controlled machine refinement to spots that would otherwise need slow hand work. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary foam softens under the concentrated heat of small-pad work, keeping the finish consistent and lasting five to six times longer than conventional foam. It is the step between correcting a spot and finishing it.

Application

The Yellow Mini is designed for nano and mini polishers, and for flexible-shaft and extension tools. Fit it to a matching mini backing plate and prime the face lightly with your polish before you start.

Dispense a small amount to suit the pad and the spot you are working, then spread it over the area before bringing the machine up to working speed. Keep the pad flat to the surface and let the soft foam refine under light pressure.

Because these pads are small, they load and warm up quickly, even with Thermo technology, so keep the face clean and have a few on rotation to let each recover between spots. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
