Zvizzer Thermo Mini Pad Green - Ultra-Soft Spot Finishing for Detailed Areas

The Green Mini is the softest pad in Zvizzer's Thermo Mini range, made to finish the small, shaped areas that a full-size pad simply cannot sit flat on. Its ultra-soft foam works an ultra-fine polish or sealant into pillars, badges, mirror bases, door shuts and tight radii, lifting the finest micro-marks to a clean, hologram-free gloss so your corrected spots match the panels around them.

Measuring just 25mm across, or 15mm in the smallest size, it is built for nano and mini polishers and for flexible-shaft and extension tools, bringing controlled machine finishing to places that would otherwise need slow hand work. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary foam softens under the concentrated heat of small-pad work, holding its consistency and lasting five to six times longer than conventional foam. Use it as the final step on the spots you have just corrected.

Application

The Green Mini is designed for nano and mini polishers, and for flexible-shaft and extension tools. Fit it to a matching mini backing plate and prime the face lightly with your polish or sealant before you start.

Dispense a small amount to suit the pad and the spot you are working, then spread it over the area before bringing the machine up to working speed. Keep the pad flat to the surface and let the soft foam finish under light pressure.

Because these pads are small, they load and warm up quickly, even with Thermo technology, so keep the face clean and have a few on rotation to let each recover between spots. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
