Zvizzer Thermo Allrounder Pad Orange - The Medium Pad That Corrects and Finishes in One

The Orange Allrounder is the medium pad in the range, the balanced grade that handles the bulk of everyday correction. It carries enough cut to remove light-to-moderate scratches, swirls and oxidation, yet finishes cleanly enough that many jobs need nothing after it. Paired with a medium one-step compound it corrects and refines in a single stage, which makes it the efficient choice when paint needs tidying rather than a full multi-stage correction.

True to the Allrounder name it runs on both rotary and orbital machines, so it slots into any process. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam and stays thermostable where ordinary medium pads heat up, soften and drift in their cut, keeping your results even from panel to panel and lasting several times longer than standard foam. An inner hole at the centre eases the stress on the foam as you polish, and in the smaller sizes it refines spots and recesses a larger pad cannot. When you are not sure how much correction a car needs, this is a sound place to start.

Application

The Orange Allrounder runs on both rotary and orbital machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your compound before the first set.

Dispense an amount of compound to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Work in steady, overlapping passes under moderate pressure until the defects clear.

Keep the face clean as you go for a consistent finish. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
