Zvizzer UFO Thermo Pad Bordeaux - Soft One-Step Finishing for a Hologram-Free Gloss

The Bordeaux UFO is the softest pad in Zvizzer's Speed Polish system, made for the finishing end of the job, but iwth enough bite for mild correction. Matched to Speed Polish, it refines fine defects and P3000-and-beyond work to a deep, hologram-free gloss, the final touch that decides how the paint really looks. Its signature is a soft, controlled finish: the gentle foam works polish lightly into the surface for maximum gloss with minimal marring.

That finish comes from the design. The tapered UFO contour and bevelled edges let polish flow cleanly instead of pooling at the rim, so you avoid the hard-edge holograms a square pad can leave, and pressure spreads evenly for a flawless result. Behind the foam, a PU layer stops polish soaking into the Velcro, which protects the pad, keeps it balanced and running with less vibration, and extends its life. The thermostable open-cell foam holds its shape under heat and lasts five to six times longer than conventional foam. Use Bordeaux as your finishing stage, whether refining after the harder pads or polishing lightly marked paint in a single pass.

Application

The Bordeaux UFO works with both rotary and orbital machines and is made for the one-step Speed Polish. Fit to your backing plate and prime the face lightly with polish before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Let the soft foam and the polish refine under light, even pressure; there is no need to lean on it.

Keep the face clean as you go for the truest gloss. Have a spare on rotation and let each pad cool between sets. Rinse in warm water and air-dry or use Pad Cleaner for fast turnaround.. Available in 95mm, 145mm and 170mm diameter, to fit 80mm, 125mm and 150mm backing plates.
