Zvizzer Speed Polish Black Box - One-Step Cut, Gloss and Protection in a Single Kit

The Black Box is Zvizzer's complete Speed Polish system in one kit: a 750ml bottle of Speed Polish and all three 145mm UFO pads, in Grey, White and Bordeaux.

Together they cut, finish and protect in a single step, correcting paint and leaving a deep, wet-look gloss without changing products. Its signature is simplicity: one polish, three pad hardnesses, and everything you need to match the job in front of you and reach a finished result faster.

The system works by matching the pad to the defect. Speed Polish carries an abrasive that adapts to the pad beneath it;

Grey handles heavy P1500-level damage, 
White takes on medium P2000 defects,
Bordeaux refines to a fine P3000-and-beyond finish, all from the same bottle.

The water-based, silicone-free formula finishes to a wet-look shine and leaves protective polymers that guard the paint for up to six months, and because it contains no fillers you see the true corrected result rather than a temporary cover-up. It runs on both dual-action and rotary machines, and once buffed off it leaves a clean surface ready for a coating or PPF.

Application

The Black Box works on both dual-action and rotary machines. Choose the UFO pad that matches your paint and defect level, fit it to your machine's backing plate, and prime the face with polish before you start.

Shake the bottle well, then apply a small amount of polish  - around three pea size drops - to work an area six times the pad size, and spread it at low speed. Bring the machine speed up, work the section under moderate pressure with slow passes, then drop the speed and make a few final passes with no added pressure to refine. The heavy cut abrasives in Speed last longer than a normal polish, so when paired with a hard or medium pad, you can spend the first minute concentrating on heavy damage before they start to break down and refine.

Buff with a soft microfibre and check under an inspection light. Work in sections, overlap your last edge by 50%, keep the pad clean, and swap it regularly, as a clogged pad loses efficiency and degrades faster.
