The Green Rotary is the hard correction pad in Zvizzer's professional Pro range, built for rotary machines and the fastest route through heavy correction. Its firm foam backs a heavy cutting compound with a rigid platform, so it clears sanding marks, deep scratches and stubborn defects at the pace a busy bodyshop needs. In experienced hands on a rotary, it is the quickest way to level serious paint damage.

It is tuned specifically for rotary machines, with the foam density and backing matched to the rotational action and the heat it generates. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary pads soften and lose their cut, which holds the correction consistent through long sessions and gives the pad several times the working life of standard foam. If you work on a dual-action machine, choose the orbital version instead. Use it as your first cutting stage, then step down through the range to refine.

Application

The Green Rotary is designed for rotary machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your compound before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Work in firm, overlapping passes and let the compound cut before moving on.

Keep the face clean as you go, since a loaded pad loses its bite. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets to hold a consistent cut. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
