The Blue Rotary is the medium correction pad in Zvizzer's professional Pro range, built for rotary machines and efficient, everyday correction. It carries enough cut to clear moderate scratches, swirls and sanding marks quickly, while finishing cleanly enough that many jobs need little after it. On a rotary with a one-step compound, it corrects and refines in a single, fast stage.

It is tuned specifically for rotary machines, with the foam and backing matched to the rotational action and its heat. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary medium pads soften and drift, holding the cut steady through long sessions and lasting several times longer than standard foam. If you work on a dual-action machine, choose the orbital version instead. It is the workhorse medium pad for high-throughput rotary correction.

Application

The Blue Rotary is designed for rotary machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your compound before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Work in steady, overlapping passes under moderate pressure until the defects clear.

Keep the face clean as you go for a consistent finish. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets. Rinse in warm water or a pad cleaner and air-dry.
