The Blue Orbital is the medium correction pad in Zvizzer's professional Pro range, tuned for dual-action machines and the everyday work that fills a bodyshop diary. It carries enough cut to remove moderate scratches, swirls and sanding marks, yet refines cleanly enough to leave most jobs ready for protection and sign off. Paired with a one-step compound on a DA, it corrects and finishes in a single, controlled stage.

It is built specifically for orbital machines, with the foam matched to the DA action for a stable, even result across the panel. It is built on Zvizzer's thermo foam, staying thermostable where ordinary medium pads warm and drift in their cut, keeping results consistent through the day and lasting several times longer than standard foam. If you run a rotary, choose the rotary version instead. It is the balanced pad for the bulk of professional correction.

Application

The Blue Orbital is designed for orbital (dual-action) machines. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with your compound before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Work in steady, overlapping passes under moderate pressure until the defects clear.

Keep the face clean as you go for a consistent finish. Have two or three pads on rotation and let each cool between sets. Rinse in warm water and air-dry or use Pad Cleaner for fast turnaround.
