Zvizzer Thermo Pro Hybrid Pad - Heavy Cutting With a Cleaner Finish

The Pro Hybrid is Zvizzer's professional hybrid pad, built to cut hard and finish cleaner than wool alone. Its face blends fifty per cent natural Merino wool with fifty per cent synthetic fibre, so it clears severe scratches, sanding marks and heavy defects with a genuine heavy-cutting bite, yet leaves a far more refined, near hologram-free surface than a pure wool pad. It is the bodyshop's answer to heavy correction that would otherwise need a cut and a separate tidy-up.

The fibre blend is processed onto a fabric cloth and bonded to a thermostable foam backing, which sets the pad's cutting power and holds it consistent under the heat of hard correction, so the cut stays even and the pad lasts. That combination gives you the aggression of wool with more control and a cleaner result, cutting your correction time on heavily damaged panels. Pair it with a professional heavy cut compound, then step down to a foam pad to finish.

Application

The Pro Hybrid works on both rotary and orbital machines and is made for heavy correction with a professional cutting compound. Fit it to a clean backing plate and prime the face lightly with compound before the first set.

Dispense an amount to suit the pad size and your working area, then spread it over the section before bringing the machine up to working speed. Work in firm, overlapping passes and let the pad cut before moving on.

Keep the face clean as you work, since a loaded pad loses its bite, and let it cool between sets. Rinse in warm water and air-dry or use Pad Cleaner for faster, efficient turnaround.
