Pair it with the green hard marine pad or a wool pad, apply a small amount to the pad or the surface, and spread to cover your working area.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn a rotary, spread at around 650 rpm, then work up to 1500 rpm under moderate pressure, work until defect is removed. On an orbital, spread on speed 1 and work up to speed 5.
